[Q&A] Outdoor Gearzine 10th Anniversary Offline Event (December 1st, 12:00) Frequently Asked Questions

The offline event scheduled for Sunday, December 1st is just three days away. This time, we'll provide last-minute information and answer any questions you may have about attending, as well as any questions we've received so far!

Q: Is there parking at the venue?

Unfortunately, there is no special parking available! If you are coming by car, please use a public parking lot

Q: Do you accept cashless payments such as credit cards?

At the Outdoor Gearzine booth on the day, cash, credit cards (JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club), and transportation IC cards will be accepted. However, this does not apply to other exhibition booths, so please check at each booth

Q: Are there restrooms?

There are unisex restrooms at the venue, so even those who plan to stay for a while can participate with peace of mind!

Q: Can I return products?

Generally, we ask that you check the product on the spot and refrain from returning or exchanging it after purchase. However, if we have sold you an item that is obviously damaged and unusable, please contact us

Q: Can I try on clothes?

Generally, the Outdoor Gearzine booth does not have private rooms for trying on clothes (as they are not previewing the venue), but they will provide full-length mirrors so that you can try on clothes individually (we are not sure about other booths)

Q: If the product I purchased is too large to carry home, can I have it shipped?

We will have paper bags ready on the day, but for backpacks or sleeping bags that are too large, we can also send them by courier service with cash on delivery. Please feel free to contact us

Q: Can I negotiate the price of the product?

Since it's a flea market, it's possible to negotiate prices. However, this event also serves as a way to support the stable operation of Outdoor Gearzine, so please be considerate and use common sense when interacting with customers!

Q: Is there an admission fee?

As stated in the overview, admission fees are either "Outdoor Gearzine Membership (Standard)" or "1,000 yen on the day" (members will have priority entry). Please understand that there are inevitably costs involved in holding the event, such as venue fees

Q: If I sign up for admission membership in advance (during November), do I have to pay for two months, including December?

The monthly membership fee is automatically renewed every month based on the date of joining, so it does not renew on the 1st of each month (you can check the renewal date for each membership on the Current Membership page). So, please rest assured and pre-register early to ensure smooth entry!

If you do not cancel your membership by the day before your membership renewal date, your membership will be automatically renewed and settled

Q: Is re-entry possible?

Of course you can. Please let us know if you wish to re-enter

Q: I want to enter the lottery, but I can't be at the venue when the results are announced..

If you can apply for the lottery but cannot be at the venue at 2pm when the results are scheduled to be announced, it is possible that we may contact you if you win if you provide us with your name, contact information, lottery number (ticket), etc. If this is absolutely not possible, please contact us
