[Q&A] Outdoor Gearzine 10th Anniversary Offline Event (From 12:00 on December 1st) Answers to frequently asked questions

It's finally three days away from the offline event scheduled for Sunday, December 1st. This time, we will answer any last minute information you may be worried about when participating, as well as any questions you have received so far!

Q: Is there a parking space at the venue?

Unfortunately, there is no parking available! If you are coming by car, please use the public parking area.

Q: Is cashless service such as credit cards?

For the Outdoor Gearzine booth on the day, cash and credit cards (JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) and transportation IC cards can be used. However, this does not apply to other listing booths, so please check at each booth.

Q: Is there a bathroom?

There are unisex toilets at the venue, so even those who stay for a long time can participate with peace of mind!

Q: Can I return the product?

Basically, please check the product on the spot and refrain from returning or exchanging it after purchase. However, if you have sold something that is clearly damaged and cannot be used in the first place, please contact us in that case.

Q: Is it possible to try on clothes or other items?

Basically, there are no private rooms for try-on at the Outdoor Gearzine booth (as we are not looking at the venue), but we will prepare a full-length mirror here, so it is possible for each person to try on. (I don't know about other booths.)

Q: If the product I purchased is too large to take home, can I send it by mail?

We will prepare paper bags and other items on the day, but even so, backpacks and sleeping bags that are too large can be delivered by courier service by cash on delivery. Please feel free to contact us.

Q: Can I negotiate a discount on a product?

Since it is a flea market, it is not impossible to negotiate discounts on products. However, this event also serves as a supporter to continue operating Outdoor Gearzine in the future, so please come and take a look at it with a common sense!

Q: Is there an admission fee required?

The admission fee is also listed in the overview, but we ask that you either have an "Outdoor Gearzine Membership (Standard) subscribe to it" or "1,000 yen on the day" (priority admission is available for members). Please understand that venue costs will inevitably be costly to hold the event, so please be aware of what will happen.

Q: If I join the membership fee for admission in advance (during November), do I have to pay two months' worth of the fee, including December's membership?

The monthly membership fee is automatically renewed every month based on the date of membership, so it is not renewed on the first day of each month (you can check the renewal date for each membership on the Membership page for the renewal date). So, please feel free to register as soon as possible for smooth entry!

If you do not cancel your membership by the day before the membership renewal date, the membership will be automatically renewed and paid for.

Q: Is it possible to re-enter?

Of course it is possible. Please let us know when you re-enter.

Q: I want to win a lottery, but I just can't be there at the venue during the lottery announcement...

You can apply for a lottery, but if you are unable to be at the venue at 2pm, the scheduled time of the lottery announcement, we will not be able to contact you if you have received your name, contact information, lottery number (ticket), etc. If it's difficult, please contact us.
