I came across the outdoors from my experience studying abroad at ranches in Soma District, Fukushima Prefecture (now Minamisoma City) when I was in the third and fourth grades of elementary school. That said, I think it was a normal everyday "wild play" that would have been common for elementary school students in the country, but for me, who had only lived in Tokyo up until then, I remember that every day was fresh and full of excitement. A wonderful adventure experience that overturned the concept of mountain climbing that I had imagined at the time opened the door to the world of outdoors.
After that, I moved to many national parks in the United States, where I had moved for a while, where I went, where I respected everyone who loves nature and inhaled the atmosphere of free and open outdoor culture that warmly accepted by anyone, and as a result, I decided that my job was to convey the rich value of the outdoors to more people, and that led me to launch the site.
