The Hiking of the New Green Underworld Bodhisattva - First Membership Hiking #001 Report
Last weekend was my first membership hiking event.
The location is the Daibosatsu Pass in Okuchichibu. You might think, "Hey, Daibosatsu Pass on Sundays is full of people and it's disappointing." It is true that if the route was from the Rishige and Kamihikawa Pass side, there would have been enough people to queue, from children to the elderly. In fact, despite the signs of rain, the mountain pass was filled with many people.
To be honest, I personally don't like climbing mountains where the trails are filled with lines (thanks, I've never climbed Mount Fuji yet), so I want to take the quiet routes where there are as few people as possible. But even so, I have more desire to experience the finest scenery and experience than anyone else.
So this time, on a typical route, we went up the Daibosatsu Pass, which is full of mountaineers, from the Kosuge area at the back of Lake Okutama, and also chose a course that can be routed as it is a car. This is my first time hiking in a group like this, so here there are many different escape options depending on the situation. In any case, there are few people walking, and this is my personal favorite route that allows you to enjoy a little adventure through the wonderful forests of fresh greenery. The distance is long, so it may have been a bit tough depending on the members, but I went there as a member this time, but thankfully I was able to enjoy Okuchichibu, which is in full freshness.

Hiking in the New Green and the Great Bodhisattva
This time, I set off with a lot of gear I'd like to try out for a review.
*Only those with permission will show the faces of the photos. Don't worry, we will continue to check when it is posted.
A petite adventure that follows a ridge path (?) that is not even shown on a topographical map of 25,000.
When I safely entered the mountain trail, there was a Jizo statue right there. Thank you for your guidance.
The road was always full of fresh greenery and burning. Walking around the forests in the low mountains during this season is really pleasant.
One of the mountain azaleas, which I was looking for, was a little over in full bloom, so I was able to see them in a bit.
The "Full Comba (apparently written as "Full Comba"!)" that appears on the ridge along the way is a pleasant place with a view of Okuchichibu in the distance, making it such a pleasant place that you'd want to make it a tent spot (it seems like there was a mountain hut in the past).
We finally arrived at Daibosatsu Pass. There was only one party of two people who passed by this far. It suddenly felt like a scramble crossing.
So, the conversation begins with a sudden discussion of tools (a competition called "a recently bought pride!").
...In the end, I succumbed to the temptation of beer and ice cream and ended up staying for a long time, but it was a pain to start descending the mountains when it rained.
The next goal is to " drink 1000m coffee at an altitude of 1000m and relax in a hammock ."
As I quickly descended the descent trail, I was about 1040m away and was about to get down to the stream bed, and I was left with a final break, thinking that it was the only place I could go. A hammock was set up efficiently and an instant river cafe opened.
The hammock break along the way is just too great. The body, freed from the stress of gravity, is yelling in joy. I'm likely to become addicted to it.
We also managed to enjoy the "Trekking Blend for 1000m" decaf coffee, which was designed to be the best balance when drunk at a location of 1000m.
I walked 18km for about 7 hours and finished safely. I came across it over a long distance that I couldn't get used to.
...This is not the end of the fun yet.
So, should I go for a bath or a meal? After discussing the time and stomach condition, I got a "meal." When I think of the best option in the Okutama area, I would say dandan noodles from Keiryu, a Chinese set meal restaurant near Mitake Station. What makes this so delicious that you wouldn't imagine from the simple restaurant's setting. It seeps into your tired body.
So, it was my first time, but when I finished it, I was able to get through all the way to the end, and it was a great mountain trip that was perfect for my first time (as I was aiming for).
This time I walked course
