Rayover Kanamachi is an eight-story concrete building with a seismic isolation structure, commissioned by Sasaki Shogo, the head of the SARC Planning Institute, to design and design.

The first floor is a roaster and cafe of "BICYCLE COFFEE TOKYO," a store that is sold by Sun West Co., Ltd. The 7MESH showroom where cyclists can gather has opened inside the cafe. Coin laundromats are also scheduled to be deployed.
The first floor space facing the road will be a space where people with a "play-minded mind" can gather through "coffee," and will likely be a place for gatherings to "enjoy your love" by building new communities and exchanging information, or finding "new love."

Another attractive feature is that there is a coin laundry in the building where you live. Once you get back from the activity, you can head straight to the laundromat without having to bring dirty clothes into your room. I'm excited to be able to start preparing for the next session as soon as I get home.
2nd floor: showroom and store, event space, head office

By combining each brand that Sun West carries, we have a wide range of comprehensive items, so it seems easy to consult with them when you are able to go out into the field without any chance, or if you have something you need.
3rd to 6th floors: Residential space

There are 23 rental houses, each room is about 30 square meters in size, and the interior is made of concrete. This is a maisonette type with loft space, and the loft is not reflected in the exclusive area, so the room seems to feel larger than it actually is. The stairs leading to the loft also serve as storage space, and there are endless ways to store them. It tickles the playfulness.
The loft allows you to separate your living space, making it perfect for not only living alone but also for couples moving in.
The entrance has a floor space so you can bring bicycles, small bikes, outdoor gear, etc. indoors.

If you live in a typical apartment, the corridors and doors are narrow when transporting luggage when going out to the field, which can be stressful. Having plenty of space in the entrance with a dirt floor seems to reduce the stress of transporting luggage.
There are other unique aspects too. Hammocks can be installed under the indoor loft and on the balcony, making it attractive that you can enjoy hammocks on a daily basis in your daily life, even if you don't go to the natural field. If you have a hammock, you might not need a sofa.
The stylish stainless steel kitchen is a two-socket stove that is perfect for those who want to enjoy cooking. The pipes are exposed to the concrete, and the spaces that feel slightly inorganic will really stick to people who pierced them (I love them).

There is little storage space around the kitchen, so you need to prepare it.
