If you're an outdoor enthusiast with a little more free time, you've probably dreamed of enjoying a moment of bliss like this at least once. However, you can't enjoy coffee just by having the so-called "good equipment." Above all else, the most important thing is the beans

That's when we found the perfect coffee beans for our outdoor-loving lifestyle through crowdfunding. This time, we're announcing the pre-order sale of "Namaste Himalaya," an organic coffee grown at a farm in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal that not only satisfies your taste buds but also contributes to solving environmental and social issues

It is certified organic in the United States and Europe and is produced on farms that boast reliable quality and are members of the Specialty Coffee Association

Eco-friendly farming methods

The farm is located in a forest at the foot of a mountain, where a beautiful river flows from the Himalayas. Each coffee tree is carefully nurtured beneath the large trees, using silvopastoral farming methods that preserve the natural forest environment. This method enriches the land and contributes to the preservation of a rich, biodiverse natural environment

Towards resolving poverty issues

By employing local low-caste women and purchasing at fair prices, the company also contributes to solving social problems such as poverty, human trafficking, and drug cultivation

High quality handmade

Each coffee bean is carefully handpicked, refined with clean river water, and sun-dried. As it is grown on a single farm, it is a high-quality coffee that is well-managed

A proven domestic roasting partner

Slow Coffee company with 18 years of experience roasting organic, fair trade coffee . Their carefully roasted dark coffee beans have a balanced bitterness, acidity, and sweetness, with a clean aftertaste that makes them perfect for everyday drinking.

These coffee beans are carefully grown on small farms and are only available in limited quantities, making them extremely valuable. This marks the first time they are being fully launched in Japan

I'll confess, I'm more skeptical than most people, but that doesn't mean I didn't have any doubts

So, this time, I asked the editorial team to try it! And after tasting it, I was convinced. Even though I'm particular about grinding the beans before drinking coffee at home, I found it addictively delicious. The deep aroma and bitterness, yet refreshing taste, were perfect for me, who prefers Mandheling coffee with less acidity. I couldn't find beans that I liked on a regular basis, so I decided to buy a regular subscription without thinking
