NEWS: I want to drink not only on the summit but also on a regular basis. A coffee born in Nepal and carefully selected for both taste and method of making is now on sale through crowdfunding!
Enjoy carefully selected coffee outdoors.
Anyone who has just gotten some extra time has always dreamed of such a blissful moment at least once. However, you can't enjoy coffee with just the "good tools" and you can only enjoy it. Whatever you put it, the beans are important, after all.
So I found a coffee bean through crowdfunding that is perfect for us, who love the outdoors. This time, we are pleased to announce advance reservations for the Namaste Himalayas, an organic coffee made from a farm at the foot of the Himalayas in Nepal, which not only satisfy your taste, but also contributes to solving environmental and social problems.

Features of "Namaste Himalayas"
Organic certified
It is made on a farm with reliable quality that is certified organically in the US and Europe and is also part of the Specialty Coffee Association.
Natural and environmentally friendly farming methods
The farm is in the forest at the foot of a mountain with a beautiful river flowing from the Himalayas. Each coffee tree is carefully grown under the large trees, and forest farming is carried out in the same way as the natural forest environment. Forest farming methods also contribute to enriching the land and conserving a rich, biodiversified natural environment.
To eliminate the poverty problem
By employing local low-caste women and buying them at reasonable prices, they also contribute to solving social issues such as poverty, human trafficking, and drug cultivation.
High quality handmade
Each coffee bean is carefully picked by hand, refined in beautiful river water and dried in the sun. Also, since it is a single farm, it is a high quality coffee that is well-managed.
Proven domestic roast partner
Slow Coffee, who has been working for 18 years in organic fair trade coffee roasting, is a roasting partner in Japan. The coffee beans are carefully roasted in a deep roast, and the bitterness, sourness and sweetness are balanced, making it a coffee that you can drink every day with a refreshing aftertaste.
The first in Japan
These coffee beans are very valuable because they are carefully grown on small farms and are distributed in very small amounts. This will also mark the first time that it has fully expanded to Japan.
If you actually try drinking it! ?
I mean, it's not that good, like contribution to society, but it tastes so much... right?
I'll confess. I am more suspicious than anyone else, and it's not that I had zero feelings.
So this time, I was forced to sample it at the editorial department! And after drinking it, I was convinced. Even though I'm particular about grinding the beans and drinking coffee at home, it's addictive. It has a deep aroma and bitterness, but refreshing taste, making it perfect for me, who prefers Mandelin, which is less sour. I couldn't find any beans that fit well on my everyday items, so I couldn't help but click on a subscription.
