Suddenly, I'm coming to America
My purpose in this US trip was to cover the 2015 Outdoor Retailer Summer Market, one of the largest outdoor gear exhibitions in the world. This web magazine, which has been in under a year, has already been able to participate as a media outlet this year!
By the way, "Outdoor Retailer" is a major event unique to America, with festival culture, held twice every year, in summer and winter, and is held for four days by outdoor manufacturers from around the world to display, experience, discuss and enjoy the latest gear that is scheduled to be released next year. (This year, it will be held from August 4th to 8th, including the event the day before). For reference, I've posted a video that summarizes last year's patterns in a digest.

It is said that the topic of new technologies and new items announced here every year will create the next boom, with many of the latest fitness smartwatches, Arc'teryx trekking boots, and the first trekking shoes using the GORE-TEX Surround were unveiled here for the first time. In other words, it is a unique opportunity to quickly and easily sense the world's biggest trends in outdoor gear.
I've been introducing it on this site since last winter , and I'm so moved that I can go so quickly. Since I'm going there, I would like to share with you plenty of information about the raw atmosphere that I've never heard of in Japan before. Well, I'm thinking about a lot of things, including video shoots that I'm not used to.
