There is only one week left until Outdoor Gearzine's first real-world event, "Outdoor Gearzine Trailhead"!

This event started with momentum from almost nothing

I've been busy this past week trying to think of an event that all mountain lovers can come and enjoy, but I've also decided to try anything I can, regardless of whether it's good or bad

As a result, although it may sound a bit strange to say it ourselves, things are getting more and more amazing with each passing day!

Good news for mountain enthusiasts looking to get some new gear this fall!

One of the main attractions of the event will be an exhibition of the best mountain climbing equipment for the autumn foliage season, selected by OGZ. We have been fortunate to receive enthusiastic support from one of the manufacturers who have to issue coupons that will allow you to purchase the mountain climbing equipment featured on the exhibition at a discounted price at your nearest store

You'll have to wait until the exhibition to find out which manufacturer and item it is

It's great that you can not only get a real look at the equipment you need to get started in mountain climbing, but you might even be able to get it at a good price (self-praise)

In addition to exhibiting mountain equipment, the venue also offers a wide selection of wonderful goods, including some that can only be purchased here

BSKK , from Izumo, Shimane Prefecture, the hometown of Masuda Kobo, who is in charge of the visual aspects of this event, and which proposes ways to enjoy the outdoors from a unique perspective !

The venue will be serving the " Out Door Blend," the versatile 8oz original Dynex cup, with its double-walled construction that keeps coffee cold and hot without condensation, will also be available for purchase.

Update 3: Details about the Reviewed Outdoor Gear Sale

Here's an update on the Reviewed Outdoor Gear Sale we announced here the other day. We've accumulated over 60 items, and cramming them all into one day in that small space would be chaotic, so we're splitting the sale into two days

The dates and types of each event are as follows:

First session: November 6th (Sun) 10:00~ Outdoor shoes and gear

3 sleeping pads
2 sleeping bags

Second session: November 13th (Sun) 10:00~ Outdoor Apparel

Synthetic insulation (winter clothing) 4 pieces
2 down jackets (winter wear)
7-piece base layer
Pants (3 pieces)

*When apparel or gender distinctions are made, all models are men's.
*Size guide: Sizes for a man with a height of 176 cm, weight of 62 kg, back length of 49.5 cm, and a size 26.5 cm with socks.

Again, to avoid confusion, we have withheld the specific names of each item, but if you've been reading this site, you can probably guess that many of the items on sale are already reviewed items. In other words, they're all truly excellent gear!

We are also currently considering and adjusting other items to be released that have not yet been reviewed, so if there are any additional items, we will provide further updates here

Update 4. Details of the event schedule

We will inform you of the detailed schedule of the event period

Generally, the event is held from 10am to 5pm on weekdays, and from 10am to 6pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

However, we cannot stop gear testing and updating the site during the event, so we apologize for the inconvenience but we will be closed on Wednesdays (November 2nd and 9th) for field testing

Editor-in-Chief Hisatomi will generally be present at the venue throughout the event, but on Friday, November 4th, there will only be an exhibition and merchandise sales, and no one will be present all day to provide detailed explanations, so please understand
