They are a perfect fit for my somewhat active daily life, which includes running almost every day. However, I would not recommend using the 1MORE Open Earbuds S31 in outdoor situations such as mountain climbing

The reason is that the 1MORE Open Earbuds S31 rarely come off and fall off even with the shaking and vibrations that occur when running, but perhaps because they fit so well that you literally forget you're wearing them, they can easily come off and fall off with just a little force

For example, I sometimes forget I'm wearing them and take off my T-shirt, and when I do this, the 1MORE Open Earbuds S31 almost always fall out. In my case, when I'm carrying my 4-year-old son in my arms, on his back, or on his shoulders, he's curious about the earphones and touches them, and there's a good chance they'll fall out. They also fall out easily if I forget I'm wearing them and scratch my ears
