Second ALPS OUTDOOR SUMMIT Report! Part 1
So, hasn't you been with Outdoor Gear Gin here for a while? As for the outdoor event report, I plan to resume new outfits, although it will be a little bit small.
The first resumption of the event will be the second time the Alps Outdoor Summit (hereafter Alps Summit), which was held at Yamabiko Dome in Matsumoto, Nagano the other day.
We arrived at the venue just before 10am when we opened, and as we arrived in Matsumoto this time, we also rode in advance and also went on a tour of shops in the area. The event will be a little while before, but we hope you will look forward to it.
On the way from the parking lot towards the front entrance, there was a seller outside, so I was hoping to visit after looking around, but I was unable to see it because it was quite a bit of time inside and it started raining heavily in the afternoon.
I visited on the 4th of Press Day, so I will complete the procedure at the reception desk.
Now, let's enter the venue!
The area/brand map will greet you right in front of you as soon as you enter.
While I was looking at the map, Mizuno, the owner of Itomizu, was right next to me!
From the visit
I also came to say hello the day before. It was a very nice space and a shop.
I went on a little tour of the booths with Mizuno and then went on my own.
First, I'll try a rough round to check out various things.
Yard 1/2 is also on display at the Zain Arts booth, the popular lightweight mountain tent!
Each large booth was located near the center of the venue, and a small booth on the outer and outer circumference, with the arrangement being roughly the same as the first session.
There was also a booth for selling goods from the official Alps Summit.
On the right side of the venue's entrance is a stage used for talk sessions, etc.
Now it's time for the opening ceremony, so I'll take a look at that first.
The most hand.
of ALPS OUTDOOR SUMMIT, the Alps Summit will once again begin.
Next is Momose Takashi, Mayor of Shiojiri.
The opening greetings have been completed with the greetings from Miyanomoto Nobu, vice mayor of Matsumoto City. I was glad that outdoor events are well coordinated with municipalities.
Now, let's go to the individual booths again, but due to various time constraints, we were unable to cover everything, so I would like to introduce them all! However, it's a shame that it didn't go as far as that. Therefore, please note that this is a partial introduction that is biased personally. So let's start with this.
I secretly attacked him from behind lol
Plylett helped me with you in the visit vol. 2!
From Visit vol.2
Gunma, introduced in vol. 2, is well known for airy Breathable weave? If you have this, please take a look at our exploration report.
And a special gas can cover in the image center!
By the way, the person shown in the image is Kobayashi from Trekvogel, who I plan to introduce in my future exploration stories, and I met him at the venue and had a little time with him.
This is a gas can cover created by a collaboration between PRIRET and Kiryu's hat manufacturer composition. This is a craftsman-made cover that creates a flat knitted linen blade by a hat craftsman sewing it using a blade sewing machine. It is said to be a gas can cover that can be used as glamping or as an interior decoration for your room.
It is said to be on sale now made to order.
And there was a lot of sales and special deals available exclusively for the event.
The next door to the booth is a brand called Light Heart Gear that I've never seen before.
It was my first time seeing it, so I asked him to explain it to me.
One of our brand's mottos is "products for hikers by hikers." The focus is that it is unique. If our products are not unique in design, usage, functionality, materials, etc. and don't bring anything new to the market, we don't want to participate in that market. We also carry out sewing contracts under the name Excelsior Sewing. Therefore, we can show that everything is made in USA and manufacture a variety of products to other companies.
So Light Heart Gear was an Ultra Light Backpacking Gear manufacturer from North Carolina. Among them, this is what caught my eye.
a hoodie pack cover . I personally own a mystery lunch product like this, but it's not very versatile for large packs, but I was curious to see that this one could be used in a variety of sizes.
And actually, this is where we sell... Tanaka Shoten!
From Visit vol.1
Yes, this time the store was opened by Plylet and Tanaka Shoten, which also unveiled the first Light Heart Gear, and some people may not have noticed it because the color of the Tanaka Shoten was quite subdued. We can't take our eyes off the future developments of the two of you!
Next is Zerogram, who has celebrated his 10th anniversary since his debut in Japan.
When you think of Zerogram, you probably think of tents such as the Elchalten series.
Recently, as shown in the first image, there is a wide range of Oita lineups, including backpacks, clothing and mountain boots.
Among them, the one that caught my eye was the recently updated Cooker Case series.
The conventional product was a cooker case that fits the regular Zerogram cooker square shape, but now it has been transformed into a multi-purpose case that can be used as a bucket, as the internal structure is heat-retaining and the seams are no longer available. We also made use of this structure to make cooking possible without using heat. For more details, please see the official Zerogram explanation. The heat pack itself is not included.
Zerogram column
As a tent, I was curious about this 1P through hiker Zero Bone, and this chic color seems to be a limited edition Japanese color. Recently, I feel that the times have evolved as it is becoming commonplace to weigh less than 1kg with high performance.
Hoglovs also helped us with the outdoor gear gin offline event.
The lineup of clothing is also strong!
A well-built backpack can't be underestimated.

Hoglovs Kasai's story at the offline event was very instructive. He is also the manager of the recently opened Hoglovs Harajuku store, and although the Harajuku store is not completely specializing in Hoglovs, it also includes a lineup of great items that can be used in the mountains, so I'm also curious about this, so I'll be visiting next time.
Meanwhile, other events are underway during the individual visits, and this time we will be discussing mountain huts.
A talk session between Yarigatake Mountain Lodge Hokari Daisuke and Hakuba Mountain Lodge Last time, the audio was only available near the stage, but this time, this has been made more powerful and the audio during the session can be heard within the venue, which is a great help.
Zain Arts is currently very popular for his mountain tent yards.
I would like to hear about various topics from Representative Kosugi, including the 1/2nd year, but the timing wasn't right so I couldn't speak this time, so I'll carry on that to the next opportunity.

Unlike the previous camping colour, I think the stalls were selected with Mt. Oita in mind. I think this is because I have been in line with the Alps Summit catchphrase, mountains.
It may be hidden in Yar's eyes now, but this bottle is what I personally find worth it but a masterpiece.
The name is simply a 500 double wall bottle, the lid is made of titanium, and the main body weighs 195g, and is less than 3,000 yen excluding tax, and it looks beautiful and doesn't seem to be a hit. Before I started working as a writer, Representative Kosugi explained this bottle, and I could clearly see that there was no compromise on his preferences, and the story of the caliber of the mouth was very interesting.
Next is the familiar outdoor gear gin!?
It's Rab.
Speaking of Rab! And the two too. It's a good reputation in various places, perhaps because I finally get a sense of the quality and quality of Rab's products.
From a talk event held at Outdoor Gearzine with Rab
Among them, the one that caught my eye that seemed a little good is the latest middle layer Evolute Hoody Wmns for women.
The outer material is Motiv ™ Aero is made of PrimaLofte ® Evolve, which has excellent sweat absorption and quick drying properties and and It is said to have a good balance with optimizing heat retention and moisture absorption and release properties.
I thought it was a very Rab-like story that the fluffy fleece part was pursuing heat retention for animal hair.
The sleeping mat is also popular for its three characteristics: performance, weight, and affordable price!
Next is 9kei, who is well known for the Flat Pattern Table series. It folds up like the one on the right of the expanding table to make it compact, and since all the parts are connected by thin pulls, it makes sense that they won't fall apart and that they can avoid losing parts in the unlikely event. Even the same type is available in a variety of sizes depending on the type.
There are round shapes on the flapping table, but here is the new oval type. It gives off a softer, gentle atmosphere than the regular circular one, which would be hard to tell if you were aiming for a circular one.
This one is also made up of the foot on the back, so you can store it in a fluttery position!
By the way, if you see this shape and get a hit with it, you're a gear fanatic. Yes, he was the creator of the Shinogichabudai from Ryo, so I thought it had an atmosphere that I'd seen somewhere before.
This is also an idea: leave one foot to a gas can to make it lighter! Available in two sizes, this is a very good item for those who are sufficient.
This will be attached to a solid peg type and turned into a mosquito repellent holder! 9kei's items showcase craftsmanship with sparkling ideas and gimmicks.
That's why it's getting longer than I expected, so I'll continue to go to the second part here!
We look forward to your continued support of the Alps Summit Report.
