The Shirataka Hillside Trail Kickoff Event, which will be held to commemorate the opening of Yamagata's new trail, the Shirataka Hillside Trail, is finally approaching this weekend. Outdoor Gearzine will also be setting up a flea market booth and is currently busy preparing

So, we have picked up the latest information from the YLT Club Facebook page about the upcoming kick-off event and will repost it here, along with a summary of the event. The deadline for participation in the event has been slightly extended,

Outdoor Gearzine Booth Overview

As is customary at the Outdoor Gearzine booth, we will be holding a mobile garage sale of used outdoor gear (mountain gear) that has been previously purchased and tried out for review on the site, but is still usable

Rather than keeping these great tools to myself, I want people who really need them to use them!

We plan to release a variety of items, including tents, sleeping bags, mats, shoes, clothing, and even small items such as stoves, cookers, and headlamps. Since it's a special occasion, we'll also bring along some hard-to-find must-have items that we don't usually release. For those of you in Tohoku who have been unable to attend offline events in the past because they were too far away, don't miss out!
