ZEROGRAM EXHIBITION2025 [New Products/Exhibition Information]
The other day, an exhibition including Zerogram's new work was held at the Tokyo showroom, so we will deliver the image. Until recently, when I heard of Zerogram, I think the image of tents, including the familiar Elchalten series, is strong? I feel that way, but these days, we have a wide range of accessories, including clothing, gear, and accessories, and I get the impression that we have a wide selection of attractive items.
table of contents
ZERO1 Pro is back as a new model after a major renovation
However, the main highlight is the tent (shelter)! Its origins began with the original ZERO1, followed by Pathfinder and MF, and came back as the ZERO1Pro. Personally, as someone who owns the second generation Pathfinder, I am deeply moved by this non-independent, lightweight shelter that can be set up using trekking poles, etc.
The most crucial difference between the previous models is the dedicated DAC pole added to straddle the center of the shelter. This has significantly improved wind resistance and livability. The long side doors also have a ventilation function added. Because it is basically a single wall (partially hybrid structure), the second generation had a weakness in condensation, but the long side and side doors use an inner material, monofilament, which is difficult to condense due to the continued condensation from the MF, so I assume that the condensation performance has improved.

The dedicated pole connection has a unique shape and is not known in its strength.
Just like with conventional products, it can be set up using only the main unit without using a pole. If you install a dedicated pole, you can use the living space by 120% and achieve stability like a self-supporting tent, so you can also choose not to carry a dedicated pole with you, focusing on lighter weight.
What you can feel when you enter the room is that when a special pole is attached, the sidewalls are widened outside, so there is less pressure than the old model, which makes it more comfortable. The old model was also equipped with a side lifter so it was possible to expand sideways, but the difference is that it can be pulled upwards in a different direction.
The pole and Guyline loads are reinforced with X-pack fabric, and the main fabric has also been changed from the old model to 10 to 15D, which has increased overall strength, but the body weight is 550g, making it lightweight. Since it is a trekking pole shelter, a separate pole is required, but it goes without saying that it goes well with the trekking poles released by ZEROGRAM. Although it is an attractive item, the only problem is that it is quite expensive (estimated price: 67,320 yen excluding tax)... However, considering that tents are expensive all these days due to various circumstances, I think that mountain style is a good candidate. The direct-release model has a color change and does not appear to be this color.
There is more information, but if you're interested, the sample version will be exhibited to the general public at Off the Grid 2025, which will be held this weekend, so if you're interested, you'll be ready to go to the event venue!
Minimalist NANO Tarp is attractive in size and weight
The minimalist nano tarp has been around for a long time, but the hexa type has been lighter and has also been released in a new color with a rector type. The hexa is 260g, the rector body is 335g, and the fabric is 15D to 10D nylon ripstop silicone coating. It's convenient to have one lightweight tarp, as shown in the photo, you can cover it with a tent to create a huge vestibule, or create a living space where you can relax on its own, which I like. The size is 294 x 294 for the rector and 302 x 294 cm, making it comfortable to use for up to three people, and the water pressure resistance for both is 1500 mm.

It's very difficult to decide which one to choose, a lighter hexa or a more versatile rector.
The areas that are subject to stress are reinforced with Dyneema Grid Stop fabric, while the grommet part is made of Hypalon material (man-made rubber used in boats, etc.) and is treated to prevent the pole from falling out. It appears to be only stone grey in color.
Various other gear, clothing, etc.
The first thing I found particularly good new releases is the Pole & Peg Case with DCF, a pole & . There is also a pocket on the lid that serves as the lid for the bag, allowing you to store pegs and guy lines. The main part is designed to hold 1-2.5P poles from the Zerogram Tent Series. The lid is 44cm long when folded, and the size can be adjusted, so if the length is right, it can be used to store other long items.
a Stuff Sack 8L with DCF which is only available in Japan . It's a simple stuff sack, but the inside of the entrance has a flap and the bottom size is matched with the bottom size of the zero-gram backpack, the LOST CREEK LT25, which seems to increase the affinity between brand gear. Some readers may be aware of the details, but the specs will be engraved on the gear itself in the future Zerogram gear. What was the performance of that item? It has a safe design that allows you to check the product on the spot, and it also looks stylish, so it's great. Both the pole case and stuff sack are sample colors, and the product version has two colors: Stone Gray and Orange.
The following ULTRA LIGHT CARBON FOLDING TREKKING POLE is currently on sale . Available in two sizes, carbon and aluminum hybrid, slide lock type, weighing 170/190g. This item combines the strength of carbon and the suppleness of aluminum, making it a perfect size for setting up the shelter mentioned earlier.
Tyvek UL Mat JP, which apparently was very popular when it was released The 45g Tyvek® square mat is 100 x 70cm, so it's perfect for two adults to sit comfortably. There is a bungee cord on the edge, so you can fold it compactly and wrap it around it with a cord for storage. It would be useful to have one.
The clothing has also been expanded to include a range of technical items, a base layer made of NEXTSKIN, which dynamic heat retention using Alpha, which has become familiar as an active insulation material, and a sweat-absorbing and quick-drying properties, as well as elasticity that allows you to move actively and UV-blocking functions . If you're interested in the details, why not check out the official website?
the UPC Ramen Pan Case LOW&High was surprised at how suddenly it sold out
It seems that it was possible to do a lot of things with a warm, cold-intaining square cooker case that can be cooked, but what made it so popular was because it was featured in a mountain climbing project on a TV program called Boiling Word. Apparently there was no announcement on the Zerogram side, so at the time they had no idea what the situation was like (lol)
I also introduced and linked it in a previous article about the Alps Summit, but this case is used to cook without fire.
From past reports
Considering the news of the tragic wildfires in the mountains these days, this may be a good gear to keep an eye on in the future.
What did you think? ZEROGRAM EXHIBITION2025. Even though it's only AW, there will be some pretty fascinating items being released, and I'm sure there's also some gear that will stick to you as you watch this one. If I had the opportunity, I would also like to try a review of the old and new shelters.
